@reclaimphila @theappeal We're inspired by the leadership of A'Brianna and other community members who tried to deliver a letter to Brian Abernathy this week, calling for a budget that serves all Philadelphians. And we're appalled by the response of the PPD who arrested them, along with a journalist.
@reclaimphila @theappeal As A'Brianna points out, the PPD's conduct this week only further reinforces the need to shift funding away from a system that criminalizes people and towards systems of that provide care, support, and real participation for each and every Philadelphian (+ Pennsylvanian!).
