Hey #furry friends! Let's talk about #pride, LGB, LGBT+ and adjacent groups.

In June 1970, Brenda Howard, a bisexual New Yorker, organized the first Pride, in response to the Stonewall raids in 1969.

Her purpose was to express the notion that she - and everyone - should (1/9)
be able to love who she/they want to. She believed that, as long as there is no harm, that no one has the right to persecute or judge another based on the nature of their love.

Recently, a #gay man was bullied out of a #Pride parade because he was wearing a t-shirt of an (2/9)
organization that specifically focuses on LGB rights and equality. This is really troubling and is just one example of a problem I've seen numerous times, not just as a #furry within the #furryfandom, but more widely.

You simply cannot pick and choose. Pride, by definition (3/9)

Good afternoon, wonderful fluffies! Simba here again, the leader of #Furry Valley. :3 #furryfandom

It seems again, a few people are confused by who we follow/block, and are trying to harass us because of it.

So, I'm going to give you all some more information. 🦁❤️ (1/11) Image
So, let's start with who we follow. We follow based on the following three criteria:

1) The person is active in FV on another platform.
2) The person interacted with us positively on Twitter.
3) The person was suggested to us by Twitter's 'suggested for you' algorithm. (2/11)
It's really that simple. We follow over 11,000 people, so obviously we don't regularly check most of their pages. It's just not possible.

Moreover, remember that follows and/or retweets are not endorsements.

"But what about X person?!" you cry; "they did X bad thing!" (3/11)

1) 28 TWEET THREAD. We're helping tippers put a problem on record. It starts with convicted animal rapist @cupidthedeer. His crime blew open the ring with @KeroTheWolf. Now there's questionable trust for events and groups who host the problem. en.wikifur.com/wiki/Cupid_the… #animalabuse ImageImage
2) "Questionable trust" falls short of naming the problem. It's not innocent people reacting to crime after finding out. It's circles of fellow travelers who enable each other. Some furry fandom events and groups are tacitly and corruptly run by and for zoophiles. #corruption ImageImageImageImage
3) You may not know it, but zoophiles know each other. They make safe spaces for each other where animal abuse gets taken for granted. @cupidthedeer was just one who got convicted while many like Kero get away with it. #stopanimalabuse #zoophilia

Beware on Liquid Sunshine Designs (LSD) Fursuits
Otherwise known by as LBfromtheBlock, FluvvCostumes, and formerly Liquid Sunshine Studios (LSS)

This will be a thread of evidence that can also be found on fluvvbusters (instagram) for deeper research. ImageImageImage
I'd like to start off with their many attempts to claim other creator's patterns and work as their own.
Beginning with Splinterfox's base back in 2017 that they recasted and tried to sell off as their own creation.
They made edits to it and continued using it. Image
It is still theorized that they continue to use the same mold but with a huge edits to it (shortened muzzle as example, shaved down brows as another example). ImageImage
