El Caracas FC se fundó el 12 de diciembre de 1967 por iniciativa de un grupo de aficionados liderados por José Beracasa, Jorge Cubbedo, Luis Ignacio Sanglade, Ángel Román, Diógenes Álvarez, Luis Abad, José Abad reunidos en la Quinta Rebeca de San Román.
El Caracas FC participó durante estos primeros años y en la década de los setenta en torneos amateurs del Estado Miranda como torneos de veteranos. Se vestían de color Carrubio (vinotinto), shorts y medias blancas.
