Retail drones with remote telemetry canāt fly near airports, they are locked out in software. DJI drones canāt get within 2.5km of #GatwickAirport , stop using photos of their drones for #GatwickDrones . This prolonged attack isnāt from a Christmas š , Hours of many #drones 
2/ airports are very sensitive to this, you donāt need to hover over a runway for 15 hours, a flyby and hover for a few min twice an hour would be enough for them to cancel flights, You donāt risk lives. #BadGuys either need to recharge the drones or launch fresh and run auto fly
3/ if they custom built drones for this itās possible to have 60min flight time at ~30kph but probably less. That means you could launch the #GatwickDrone attack from somewhere in this circle below. if you built 48 drones (Ā£57k) you could sustain for 24h
