2/n GBTC 份额难以退出，只能通过在二级市场卖出GBTC完成（单向流动性，且二级承压）四. 灰度按照资管常规，收取2%的管理费，也就是说每个月不论大饼涨多高，计提一次AUMx2%➗12的管理费收入。而一个ETF收0.0945%（吸血印钱）
