#Geoblocking ist Unsinn. @Twitter beschränkt sich bei Meldungen nach dem #NetzDG rechtswidrige Inhalte nur für bestimmte Deutsch-vermutete IP-Bereiche zu sperren, während es via VPN/Tor oder aus dem Ausland weiter sichtbar ist. Diese Praxis ist technisch wie juristisch unsinnig: 
Plattformbetreiber glauben offenbar, Gesetze gelten nur lokal. Das ist falsch: Der EuGH hatte schon klargestellt, dass eine Beleidigung einer Österreicherin auch zu einer weltweiten Löschungspflicht führen kann, wenn das nationale Recht es vorsieht. So ist es im NetzDG:
Selbst wenn eine Rechtsverletzung wegen regionalem Wirkungskreis des Opfers lokal begrenzt ist, ist das Geoblocking wirkungslos, da es sich mit einem Klick aushebeln lässt. Der Inhalt ist auch aus Deutschland ohne großen Aufwand abrufbar. Zeit für gerichtliche Klärung.

Se prohíbe la discriminación entre clientes dentro de la UE en los siguientes supuestos:
1⃣Prestación de servicios por medios electrónicos (cloud, alojamiento, cortafuegos, etc.).
2⃣Prestación de servicios que el cliente recibe en el mismo país en el que opera el comerciante.
