Also, before gaining the COVID weight I had just lost about 24 pounds, so that makes it easier to lose quickly. Finally, what you've seen in the last few days is me breaking a plateau, and this is how they break. You stay fairly level and then breaks and the weight 2/ #HackerFit
falls quick. Kinda like making up the lost ground. So I really do appreciate the concern. Understand that I used to be married to personal trainer so I've been inundated with all the science behind this and making sure I lose in a healthy sustainable way. /FIN #HackerFit

Continuing @WelcomeToTheEsker, now descending the eastern side of the esker, about a 72 foot descent into the kettle that formed alongside the esker.
And the final bit of #WelcomeToTheEsker, now walking through the wetlands along the southern edge of the kettle lake that sits adjacent to the esker. After passing through this area, the trail climbs back up and continues along the top of the ridge for another 2 miles.
