Rest day, but losses continue. Someone asked me about the rate of recent weight loss. I'm averaging a little over 2 pounds a week which is healthy. 1/
Also, before gaining the COVID weight I had just lost about 24 pounds, so that makes it easier to lose quickly. Finally, what you've seen in the last few days is me breaking a plateau, and this is how they break. You stay fairly level and then breaks and the weight 2/ #HackerFit

A quick video series from my hike this morning, #WelcomeToTheEsker. Don't know what an esker is? Well here's a good explanation:

Video was shot from a trail at the top of the esker, 78 feet above the valleys on either side. #Goal145 #HackerFit #GitFit
Continuing @WelcomeToTheEsker, now descending the eastern side of the esker, about a 72 foot descent into the kettle that formed alongside the esker.
And the final bit of #WelcomeToTheEsker, now walking through the wetlands along the southern edge of the kettle lake that sits adjacent to the esker. After passing through this area, the trail climbs back up and continues along the top of the ridge for another 2 miles.
