I am either watching or re-watching the 1978 Halloween. I feel like I MUST have seen this but it stopped being familiar almost immediately. First surprise: how much the little boy who is bullied into destroying his own pumpkin looks like Amanda Plummer.
I was gonna say the first surprise was Michael Myers being able to drive despite being institutionalized since childhood, but that seems to have been explained by the Donald Pleasence accusation “Someone around here must have given him lessons”
