For those on the thread asking about visiting the #Wuhan Institute of Virology. Naturally it's a highly-secure facility. I think only one reporting team has been briefly allowed in recently. As we're not scientists, even if we were given access, not sure what that'd achieve?

As the city continues to see growing numbers of irregular COVID-19 occurrences, Heihe, a China-Russia border city in Northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, declared the suspension of all bus and taxi services starting from Sunday.

The announcement was released by the authorities in Heihe after the city reported four new local cases on Saturday. As of Sunday, a total of seven confirmed cases and two asymptomatic cases in Heihe have been identified.

On Saturday, Heihe completed citywide nucleic acid testing of 165,925 individuals for COVID-19, government officials said at a press conference. During the test, two silent virus carriers were identified, one of whom was later diagnosed as a confirmed case.
