The spammy Georges are part of a larger network of 2500 newly-created accounts promoting cryptocurrency launchpad site @CeloLaunch. Between them, these 2250 accounts have just 25 unique first names and 50 unique last names. All have zero likes, zero followers, and 1 or 2 tweets.
Most of these accounts have tweeted exactly twice: a duplicated tweet promoting @CeloLaunch, and a retweet of a December 12th @CeloLaunch tweet (a few missed either the duplicate tweet or the retweet). All tweets were sent (allegedly) via the Twitter web app.
GAN-generated profile pics (such as those produced by thispersondoesnotexist.com) have become quite popular among botnets promoting cryptocurrency blogs/websites. Here's a look at one such botnet that was mostly made just before Christmas. #HolidayShenaniGANs

We found a group of 12 accounts with GAN-generated profile pics linking cryptocurrency-themed websites and blog posts. All but one of these accounts was created between December 22nd and 25th, 2020.
Here are the profile pics of all 12 bots in the network. When overlaid, one can see that the major facial features (particularly the eyes) are in the same location on each image. The images contain other artifacts too: the metallic droplet on @SwiftAlene's forehead, for example.
It's a great day to look at a botnet with GAN-generated profile pics that links several websites with "authors" that use the same GAN-generated pics. #HolidayShenaniGANs

We found the first portion of this botnet a few days ago: six accounts that link timesofcasino(dot)com. As it turns out, the network is larger.
We found 60 accounts with GAN-generated pics made (mostly) in Aug 2020 that we think belong to the botnet:
