८०६८७१३०५५ या दूरध्वनी क्रमांकावरून पॉसिटीव्ह आढळलेल्या रुग्णांना फोन करून त्यांच्या प्रकृतीची आपुलकीने चौकशी केली जाते व त्यांना मानसिक आधार दिला जातो व या उपक्रमास चांगला प्रतिसाद मिळत आहे.
सदर कॉल सेन्टरमध्ये वैद्यकीय उपचार, नागरी आरोग्य केंद्रासंबंधी माहिती वा रुग्णांना मदत पुरविणे शक्य आहे. त्यामुळे #Homeisolation केलेल्या रुग्णाला वरील क्रमांकावरून कॉल आल्यास न घाबरता महानगरपालिकेने नियुक्त केलेल्या व्यक्तीस योग्य ती खरी माहिती द्यावी असे आवाहन करण्यात येत आहे.
