@KLM @AirFranceKLM you just serviced us the worst ever airline experience (BOTH WAYS) on our long-awaited visit to our friends in Munich.

Flight out AMS-MUC on KL1795 on May 26th. We arrived fairly early to @Schiphol as we were told the airport was particularly busy.

We managed to handle check-in and security OK. So far so good.

At 10:23, so less than 2 hours before departure, the flight was canceled without reason. When asking, the team told us the don't know why. When insisting on a cancelation reason with social media staff, we we're told it was "windy. All other flights departed as scheduled.
