Breaking: Shark Tank India is Cancelled after 2 Seasons?

So... everyone seems to think Shark Tank India is the "next big thing" on TV - but I think it's not coming back for the next season.

And here's how I think this whole thing will go down…

What were the key themes?

Empower, rather than mandate.

People respond more positively to "the office is open, come in when you are ready, it would be good to see you one or two days a week" than they do to "the office is open, you have got to come back in Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Reframe productivity.

Some feel "unproductive" when they have returned to an office.

Not so - it's just a different kind of productivity.

Productivity at home - emails, research, update calls, etc.

Productivity at the office - relationships, in-person collaboration, etc.

Assigning an issue to a committee is often used as a delay tactic, designed to placate as "see, we're doing something." But when you look at the "something" they're doing here, this is the LEAST of what they could do & of the options, it takes the longest.
