Let’s start at the beginning: what on earth is VMT?
In brief: it is the number of miles travelled by vehicles. If 1 person travels 1 mile in car alone? That is 1 VMT.
If 255 people travel 1 mile in #HSR? That is *also* 1 VMT.

10 years ago, this project was recently endorsed by the voters of California and had received federal funding, but was little more than lines on a map and the vision of what kind of system we wanted to see in California. That vision was the right one. It still is. (3/n)

On reaching home an issue I noticed was that my phone would not charge beyond 80%. There is a setting to turn off "Optimised Battery Charging" which should allow the battery to charge to 100% everytime when turned off regardless of anything.
