CY has a plethora of pass rush moves to choose from but sometimes containment is more important. Here CY goes too far inside leaving the QB to escape the pocket untouched. Hard to find flaws. #KroenickFilm

Love this rep from @youngchase907, he successfully anchors the LOS by using his length to stand up the blocker THEN fights through another block to help stop the reverse. He’s the complete package folks. That doesn’t mean he’s perfect but he’s EXCELLENT. #KroenickFilm

Chases burst and speed out of his stance are out of this world. To gain separation Young uses his hands violently and bends the edge to get a clear to the QB. Perfect rep. 🤑#HTTR #KroenickFilm

Man that was a tough one yesterday @Redskins nation but there’s a lot to be excited about! Here’s my breakdown of the Redskins vs Eagles game.
1. The squad played the first half flawlessly and it was glorious to watch! Keenum looked great and found Mclaurin for a long TD catch. Mclaurin is blazing fast and immediately did better in his first NFL game than Doctson did in his career here.
2. The defense....oh the defense. They fought hard, they played well in the first half but Wentzs ability to escape the pocket and find open WRs destroyed the Redskins in the 2nd half. Manuskys blitz calls got picked up every time, give credit to Philly.
Didn’t get to do a @Redskins vs @AtlantaFalcons Preseason Game #3 breakdown yesterday due to i was participating in a charity golf tourney. So here it is!!!
1. Kelvin Harmon, the guy who fell in the draft supposedly because of “lack of speed,” showed great footwork,speed, and separation on a fly route that Haskins dropped the ball into the bucket for. Harmon isn’t getting talked about a lot but he’s looking like a steal.
2. Ereck Flowers has showed he does a great job run blocking, his hands are strong making it easy for him to maul defenders. That doesn’t mean he should be starting, his first punch and footwork on pass pro is horrendous. This needs to be cleaned up for him to be a starter.
