Ice hockey Olympic silver medalist, Gagarin Cup winner with CSKA Ivan Fedotov is currently in Severomorsk, Murmansk region, for military service, the player is expected to serve on Novaya Zemlya. This was reported by a source in law enforcement agencies.
25-year-old Fedotov was detained in St. Petersburg, the goalkeeper is suspected of evading military service. In the military registration and enlistment office, the hockey player became ill, he was sent to the hospital but the hockey player has since left the medical facility
Ivan Fedotov is already in Severomorsk for military service. Presumably, the place of service will be one of the military units located on Novaya Zemlya in the Arctic Ocean
