1. It's been almost 6 hrs since I watched #Kantara and "Varaha roopam.." is still playing in my head in a loop. As someone who thinks he is decent with words,I can still barely find d words to capture d experience that is #Kantara. So I am just going to say what comes naturally.

I don't understand the critics of coloniality. Do they think that coloniality doesn't exist or is good for society or speaking about it will do bad?

To criticize our own OETs while take the external OETs at face value. Similar to the 'White man's burden' we do have a similar equivalent acronym from the colonised POV in Tamil, i.e. 'Vellaikaran Poi Solla Maattaan' or 'White man won't lie'

If it's 1 or 2, I see many examples where coloniality is plaguing the society

1. Apparently I have already branded d Constitution of 1950 a colonial document in my book #IndiaThatisBharat when I have limited d discussion in d book to d Government of India Act of 1919 and have said as much that I am yet to form my views fully on the current Constitution :-p
2. The discussion in the first book touches largely upon the secular versus religious divide and its colonial history. But I have been very careful about not branding the entire Constitution 'colonial' since it will be examined specifically only in the third book.
3. Conceptual objections to & rejection of Decoloniality as a concept are understandable and ppl can differ on the subject. But what's d point of misrepresenting d very scope of d book, especially when I have been clear about specifying d scope of d discussion in the first book?

1. Ever since the release of my book #IndiaThatisBharat and its positive reception,a few handles have increased their direct & sly attacks on me, which I think is a back-handed compliment. Their latest tirade rides on the back of my tweets from 2015 on the subject of caste.
2.Apparently I am supposed to b embarrassed that my views on caste have evolved.That my views evolved significantly after I took up d Sabarimala case is something I have myself stated at least on 2 occasions,once in a discussion wid @UnSubtleDesi & again in my recent CH session.
