..When I was looking thru NYS campaign records to see who donated to Gov George Pataki, I was naively baffled by all the donations from LLCs like 20 Pine St. As I later learned, that's how the big NYC developers disguised how much they were donating to state officials.....
...Not many people remember Donald wanted his friend, Richard & his other friend, Steve Roth to co-chair an infrastructure commission. which apparently was a bridge to far for even the Trump administration...

Really becoming more Nixonian by the day.
This one is a classic — he’s off the rails.

The presser is all about attacking the media.

“You should all be ashamed.”

Will they dutifully bow or ask some hard questions with follow up?

#Predictions for the rest of 2019:
1. Trump’s #dementia worsens.
2. Try as he may, Bolton fails to start war with #Iran.
3. Democratic candidates pick up seats in #NJLeg #KYLeg #VALeg #MSLeg & #LALeg.
4. Bots from Iran/Syria/Russia will wreck havoc on the Internet one day by retweeting like a DOS attack.
5. #Brexit will be extended yet again until 2020.
6. Interest rates will spike, but corporate stock buybacks will continue to prop up the stock market until late in the year.
6. Due to Trump’s tariffs on Chinese goods, other countries raise prices opportunistically. #Inflation heats up on durable goods and many other products. (H/t to Art Leonard)
7. School shootings return as usual.
8. No #InfrastructureWeek happens.

Next up for #Eurovision finalists with an #espionage twist is #Denmark, whose #Spying #Police (PET) scored a serious scoop in turning Colonel Oleg Gordievsky, the #Russian rezident (lead KGB controller), which later inspired actual #JamesBond plot points:

It’s #InfrastructureWeek! One of the best things we can do for our state & country is invest in transportation & infrastructure
Remember this week to thank our country’s transportation workers who work hard every day to maintain & improve our nation’s roads, highways, bridges, waterways & more #InfrastructureWeek
1/4 of all rail traffic in the US—that’s 1,300 trains a day—passes through Chicago. The strength of America’s transportation systems depends on the strength of Illinois's transportation systems, & it's well past time for an upgrade ti.me/2obLj0V
