21-YO Yuvraj, an engineering student from #Maharashtra, always had innovations on his mind. Today, he sells vintage electric cars built entirely on his own, with his efforts fuelled by his deep love for cars.
Over the years, Yuvraj’s created about 30 inventions, from agricultural products to sewing machines and everyday items like wooden night lamps. He has 3 model cars, is working on developing a fourth, and has built 9 e-cars.
“In India, there are two methods used for the disposal of these two categories of waste — burying in landfills or incineration. But neither of them is eco-friendly,” says Ajinkya Dhariya.

First, the sanitary pads which are disposed of by users are collected in the patent-pending ‘SaniBin’, which are placed inside toilet cubicles.
Then, the liners holding the sanitary pads are fed into ‘SanEco’.

Basant Kumar Chandrakar, a resident of Chhattisgarh and a famous ‘bhajia’ stall owner, has made a handheld machine to ease his work. Now, over 200 shops in the city are using his device.
“Every morning, there would be a long line of people waiting for the pakora/mango, but I was never able to make it fast enough to get it to them. Unfortunately, no such machine was available in the market, so I decided to use the time and resources to make one.
I knew exactly what I needed the machine to do. So, I started by using various materials to build one. I would wake up early and start working on the product. With every new prototype I made, I learned something new and improved the product."
