आप चाहें तो शुतुरमुर्ग की तरह रेत में गर्दन डाल कर नज़रअंदाज़ कर लें, चाहें तो कह लें कि #INSViraat का मुद्दा बेकार है।पर जो पुरानी मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स सामने आ रही हैं वो सिर्फ उनको ही विचलित नहीं करेंगी जो "गोरी चमड़ी" वाले लोकतंत्र के "राजाओं" की मानसिक गुलामी में बंधे हैं।
देश आज़ाद था,पर वो "राज-परिवार"है उसे हक है 10 दिन देश के खर्चे पर छुट्टियां मनाने का!राजा हैं तो बिना दरबारी क्यों जायेंगे /दरबारी भी होंगे, विदेशी मेहमान भी होंगे,क्या फर्क पड़ता हैं। वो राजा हैं उन्होंने देश को आज़ाद कराया है उन्हें हक है देश के रक्षा संसाधनों के इस्तेमाल का!
शुक्र है इंडियन एक्सप्रेस तब तक शेखर गुप्ता के कब्जे में नहीं था। वरना उसकी ये रिपोर्ट्स आज पब्लिक डोमेन में न आतीं कि कैसे एक साल नहीं, हर साल देश के प्रधानमंत्री/उनके रिश्तेदारों और विदेशी मेहमानों की न्यू ईयर पार्टियां कभी #INSViraat तो कभी अंडमान द्वीप पर होती थीं।
Why is @IndianExpress totally silent on its own detailed report of Jan 23, 1988 on #INSViraat "performing various duties in connection with the holiday" while Naval personnel "looked after the needs" of the group that included 8 foreigners?
