La doppia sfida #InterMilan ha avuto un chiaro vincitore che si è dimostrato superiore facendo saltare in aria il contesto tattico che il Milan voleva portare nelle due partite. Su cosa deve riflettere il Milan? (mini-thread). 
E c'è un dato che spiega al meglio quanto sopra, ossia quello relativo ai duelli offensivi affrontati dal Milan e quelli affrontati dai suoi avversari nel corso della stagione.

Insomma se la strategia è basata sui duelli ma i duelli li perdi, va da se che la strategia va cambiata. Il Milan non l'ha cambiata ed ha perso. E' chiaro che al Milan serva una nuova idea tattica che accompagni quella principale. Che sia questo o un altro allenatore a farlo.

The @Gazzetta_it story is correct. PIF have explored a minority stake in #InterMilan. Told Yasir Al Rumayyan involved in talks. Up to 30% investment discussed which, based on Suning's highest valuation would be €300m (260m). Nothing agreed but may give Suning an out not to sell.
I am told PIF don't want to buy Inter outright, contrary to the approach of BC Partners & Fortress. A halfway approach might be to partner with Fortress, who did toy with a joint bid alongside UAE's Mubadala Investment Company in February. But nothing came of this in the end.
Conflicting reports as to whether BC Partners are still the frontrunners or talks have fallen through in a reported €800m deal. Told Suning would still prefer to find a way not to sell the club, hence the appeal of PIF. But all early stages unlike talks with BC Partners.

Look at how his style evolved over the past few seasons. He used to do more forward passing for #ManUtd and shoot less. Now he links up, gets into the box to receive the ball, and shoots more – still not a classic target man, but closer.

In 2017-18 he came in from the right side and arrived near the middle of the box. In 2018-19 he was often confined to a narrow central channel; otherwise he roved around looking to get involved. Not great.
