PLOTE, TELO, EPRLF போன்ற இயக்கங்கள் வலுவடைந்திருந்த நிலையில், இந்திய அமைதி காக்கும் படை, அந்த மூன்று இயக்கங்களில் மிஞ்சிய எச்ச சொச்சங்களை வைத்து ENDLF என்ற ஒரு ஒட்டுக்குழுவை உருவாக்கியது.
ராஜீவ் படையின் இந்த ஒட்டுக்குழு தான் ஈழத்தில் சிறுவர்கள் கைகளில் ஆயுதங்களை திணித்த முதல் குழு.
