📌IPOR（Inter Protocol Over-block Rate）的名称来自于LIBOR（London Interbank Offered Rate）和SOFR（Secured Overnight Financing Rate），与SOFR更接近。LIBOR和SOFR都是金融市场中使用的基准利率，它们的主要区别在于计算方法和信用风险的不同。
