There is a temple in North Kerala called Kottiyoor. The significant deity in the temple is Lord Shiva. The temple was kept open only for a few days during a year with no human activities in that place for the rest of the year. Once Poonthaanam reached the Kottiyoor temple.

He had a bath in the holy river. He worshiped the compassionate Lord Shiva. He felt happy and stayed there for a few days. He recited Bhagavatam everyday in front of the deity and several hundreds of people listened to his sweet discourse on the wonderful pastime...

A cow was accidentally hit by my arrow & its owner cursed me for no fault of mine.

3. Whatever I received was through Duryodhana's charity.

So how am I wrong in taking his side ?"

Is it True ?

Sometimes people think “If I become detached, I will become hardhearted.!! "

However, what makes us hardhearted is not detachment, but its opposite: attachment.

When we become attached to something, we experience intense emotions in relation with that object. But those very emotions can impel us towards unbecoming, immoral and hurtful actions, especially towards those whom we see as threats to our attachment.

At the *Bhagavad-Gita's* ~ Dhritarashtra enquires: "On the battlefield of Kurukshetra, what did my people and the Pandavas do?"

*The question reveals his bias* – the Pandavas too were his people, being his nephews....(but he was not concerned for them )...

Yudhistra was ruling Hastinapur righteously after the Kurukshetra war.
One day, Krishna visited Hastinapur. Yudhistra was in the court and the four other Pandavas were having conversation with Krishna.

“Krishna, now dharma is dominant. How will Kaliyug be?
Will Dharma be sustained there from start? How will the life of people be affected in Kaliyug without Dharma?”-asked Arjuna.
“Oh, it’s not that easy to explain.

Better let me demonstrate to you all about the life of people in Kaliyug.”-saying so, Krishna took a bow and stringed four arrows and shot them in four different directions.
“Now, each of you go and bring back one arrow to me.”- Krishna smiled and ordered the Pandavas.
