Another kind of "Cool Japan" strategy? After Sao Paulo and LA, the Japanese government opens another "Japan House" on London's expensive Highstreet Kensington, promoting Japan and exploiting the commercial capital of its cultural industry. 
The Japan House is a multifunctional space, much of it is a shop selling what the nation's famous for, from Japanese cooking ware, manga, sake, tea, to art and fashion. But there's also a restaurant, a tourist info center, a library, exhibition space, and tea room.
