Cosa vuol dire “superare il #JobsAct”? Per caso il #PD vuole:
➡️reintrodurre l’art.18? No!
➡️ abolire il demansionamento in caso di riorganizzazione aziendale? No!
➡️abolire contratto a tutele crescenti e reintrodurre standard a tempo indeterminato? No! 1/

Quindi che dice il programma del #PD sul lavoro? La premessa è che la svalutazione del lavoro è una conseguenza diretta delle crisi, non delle scelte politiche che hanno governato questi decenni di crisi. Significa dire che loro non c'entrano sono fatti caduti dal cielo. 2/
Il primo punto parla di salario minimo. Il #PD continua a preferire un salario contrattuale a uno minimo legale, dove la soglia rimane affidata alle parti sociali, cioè lasciata in balia degli attuali rapporti di forza. La politica certifica non si fa protagonista. 3/
