Amber Heard returned to the stand. Her lawyers asked her how this trial has affected her, and tbh it was heartbreaking. I know people are saying that they don’t find her emotion credible but personally I don’t see that; I see a very distressed person.
AH was asked about the mockery and harassment she has received from JD fans. She says she gets “thousands” of death threats.

Good morning everyone. It's Tuesday and it's the last week of the #JohnnyDeppVsAmberHeardTrial. I've heard that Ms. Heard's team will be resting today which, I think, will signal rebuttals and what-not. I'm not a lawyer and I don't pretend to be. That's what Johnny Depp fans do.
Speaking of 'pretending to be,' much of yesterday was taken up by Depp's lawyers pretending to know as much as a board-certified hand surgeon, a board-certified psychiatrist, and an expert in the entertainment industry.
Depp lawyer Wayne Dennison argued that Heard wanting to keep the role as Mera is like Batman being recast over and over. "Just because you have the role, doesn't mean you get to keep it."

1/ A lot of #MeToo advocates are showing their asses about the #JohnnyDeppAmberHeardTrial and I have thoughts. Framing this case as a zero-sum game against Heard, women, DV/DA survivors, #MeToo, etc. is unhelpfully reductive
2/ The more dogged #MeToo crowd seems to be struggling to parse info presented thus far because they’ve backed themselves into a corner by saying “believe all women”/“‘due process’ is the patriarchy inflicting more violence and trauma”
3/ Many points being made about trauma’s effect on survivors, DARVO defense tactics used by perpetrators, etc. are valid, but could just as easily be used to support Depp’s testimony
