They celebrated @BabuOmowale, General/Founder of the Huey P. Newton Gun Club.

It's fitting that today marks both #JuneteenthDay and #FathersDay.

Right now: A coalition of Black self-defense movements from around the country begins to assemble in Natchez, Mississippi for a Second Amendment march entitled the “Gathering of the Great Armies Formation” to recognize those who died in the Devil’s Punchbowl.
March to begin (roughly 100 degree heat) here in the Devil’s Punchbowl in about 15 minutes.

This Thurs., June 16th is SD Housing Emergency Alliance’s next Tent Vigil for almost 800 houseless @SanDiegoCounty residents who died in 2020-21 per the Co. Medical Examiner. It will be on the lawn of the @SanDiegoCounty Admin. Bldg on Harbor Drive, towards Ash Street. 1/x
@SanDiegoCounty 2/x 6/16 Press Conference @ 1pm (more deets below), The Tent Vigil will be in place thru 9pm, w/ solar-powered lights inside each Tent after sunset.
