I saw wanton destruction of property. Heard dozens of gunshots close to me. All by people who didn’t even know what neighborhood they were in. For most, it was sport. Kids from the suburbs and exurbs (multiple WI plates), some opportunistic looters, and middle aged people too
Frankly, by the time the national guard rolled in we had protection under control ourselves and most people had left. I’m glad the Fire Dept is working on the fires now, many of which have been burning for hours. Most buildings around me will have to be torn down

According to the complaint, Mr. Floyd stopped breathing at 8:25 into the video, at which point officers checked for a pulse & didn't find one--yet Chauvin continued driving his knee into Mr. Floyd's neck for an outrageous 3 additional minutes, essentially ensuring his death.
If there is one thing we agree with this administration on, it is that "Americans are entitled to fairness and transparency." As such, we demand a full, transparent investigation into Mr. Floyd's murder where no stone is left unturned.
