First of all it should be made clear whether the mobile accessories shop is not supposed to be open or any shop at all. Lockdown allows shops to function with social distancing after June 8th except in districts like Chennai, Kanchipuram, Thiruvallur & Chengalpattu where complete
lockdown is imposed. So why an arrest in Tuticorin for opening a shop? Even if it is against the rules, a warning and charging of fine for it's violation would've been sufficient. So, it should be investigated whether the police who hurt this father-son duo had existing vengeance
or hidden intentions behind this murder. Bersi, Benicks' sister was very clear in her statement. She demands the punishment given for the police should be the same one given for any common man who had committed double murder without any consideration.
