2) 2012 ला सोमय्यांनी भुजबळांविरोधात महाराष्ट्र सदन बांधकाम घोटाळ्याचा आरोप केला होता. तसंच शेल कंपन्यांच्यामाध्यमातून शेकडो कोटी रुपयांचं मनी लाँडरिंग केल्याचाही सोमय्या यांचा दावा होता. 2016 मध्ये या प्रकरणी छगन भुजबळ आणि पुतण्या समीरना अटक झाली.
