Note 1: Genocide NEVER just happens. It is always the result of a long process of preparation, that takes years, if not dozens of years. That is why it is important to understand how it occurs, in order to prevent further occurences
Note 2: These stages are not linear. Although it's often the case, one stage doesn't necessarily occur after the other. They can occur simultaneously.
Furthermore, one stage doesn't stop the moment another begins. All of them remain operational throughout the genocidal process

Nothing more exhausting than explaining, to people, why it is “The Genocide Against the Tutsis” and NOT “The Rwandan Genocide”. Ariko its our duty ntakundi.

Interesting take, but then again can you expect better from Dayo? He has never been the brightest. 
It would be disrespectful to our families and friends who were killed in the most excruciating of ways, if we allowed those who committed those atrocities and their friends, to re-write history. The Genocide was about the exterminations of the Tutsis.
Unbeachtet von der Weltöffentlichkeit begann heute vor 26 Jahren der Völkermord an den Tutsi in #Ruanda. Er kostete über 1 Mio. Menschenleben. Viele von ihnen hätten gerettet werden können, wenn die Anfänge für den Genozid rechtzeitig erkannt worden wären. (1) #Kwibuka26 #Rwanda
