@GovAndyBeshear announced this yesterday. It’s using taxpayer money to mitigate damages done by is policies. Money allocated to assist with bills, food, mortgage, rent, etc. it’s welfare in every sense of the word. 
State Representatives who are scared of @KYEducators & other @GovAndyBeshear allies should NOT be trusted to file, nor carry, legislation that would “restrict” the Governor’s emergency powers.

A gym in Richmond, KY was cited today by the Madison County Health Dept. The form delivered by the @GovAndyBeshear administration cites an administrative regulation that potentially violates KRS 13A.244 (4)(a). 1/4

The #MaskUpKY mandate is an emergency reg by @GovAndyBeshear. First one expired in 30 days, & then he renewed it. That violates KRS 13A.190 (4). Also, public hearing dates for mask mandate are pushed back w/ each illegal renewal. Purgatory. 3/4

First, for the sake of this inquiry, lets just assume two things that are not true. 1. That the Governor’s orders are constitutional, and 2. The local health departments have statutory authority to issue these fines. 2/9
According to KRS 13A.224 section (4)(a), in order to “implement, interpret, or prescribe law,” the order (face mask order as an example) must have “incorporation by reference.” 3/9

With no students present in school, health fears of teachers can be mitigated. They can socially distance & utilize their classrooms for virtual learning much better than they could at home. It will provide students some form of normality & a sense of legitimacy. 3/5

At 1 o’clock eastern time, KY state legislators will hear from the state epidemiologist (KY’s version of Dr. Fauci). Interestingly, @StevenStackMD is not on the agenda to appear. He’s hiding. The epidemiologist is scheduled to provide an updated infectious disease (COVID-19).
This is a great opportunity for the @GovAndyBeshear’s administration to be grilled on some of the info pertaining to the virus. Dr. Alvarado serves as a chairman, & likely knows his stuff. Tune in for what’s hopefully an informative meeting.
