It’s Saturday morning and I live for your #ladyswagger so women and nonbinary friends please tell me about a time you publicly mentioned your own accomplishments for a strategic reason or hey, just because you felt like it.
I’ll get us started: had a director-level position at a tech startup. Worked hard & managed to hit a few home runs. CEO tried to promote me to a title I’d never heard of, so I made a list of everything I’d done for the company & asked for VP of Marketing title instead. Got it.
