A short debate: This is an awful idea.

Imagine, in the name of “inclusion,” the almost exclusively white NFL owners (other than Kim Pegula & Shahid Khan) voting to implement a system that would give them an incentive for...not being racist? “Yeah, we’ll hire more of them, but what’s in it for me?” Um, a good employee?
This is just more fodder for the “reverse racism” brigade (although that isn’t a thing), and just further tokenizes black execs/coaches. Invest some real money into pipeline programs for black players (they make up 68% of the league, lots of candidates) to get into coaching, etc.
