imposing asset freezing measures on those determined to have been “involved in terrorist acts”. See press release at last threade.
Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/339 and Council Decision (CFSP) 2021/353, which renewed the EU’s sanctions in respect of Belarus for 1 year until 28 February 2022. The measures target a total of 88 people and 7 entities.

Latvia has eased corona-related entry restrictions. The quarantine obligation only applies to those arriving from countries with more than 25 corona cases per 100,000 inhabitants in the past two weeks.

So far, the limit for entry into the Baltic EU country was 16 cases. Anyone entering Latvia from other countries with a rate of more than 25 cases must continue to be quarantined for ten days. There is also an obligation to register on arrival in the Baltic state.
According to the list published by the health authority in Riga, there are only four other countries besides Latvia itself below the 25 mark: #Finland, #Cyprus, #Liechtenstein and the #Vatican. The list shows almost exclusively European countries.
