Over the years as a life coach, I've found that many people fail to accomplish their goals, or find themselves giving up halfway because they were chasing after goals that were not aligned to what they really want - their purpose.
I often ask my clients to describe in a sentence or two, what they want to achieve, what their goals are, or what makes them happy in life. 

But not everyone is able to confidently spell it out...
Some struggle to describe what they envision, some have no idea at all what the outcome looks like...

It affects LITERALLY EVERY other aspect of your life.

In everything that you do, YOU are the common denominator.

So treat yourself well

You hear about it so often because it REALLY is that important.

Enough sleep reduces/prevents virtually every illness, more energy, less weight, stable mood, etc.

Not enough is the opposite.
