什么是资金效率
在 DeFi 中，资金效率是指用户在使用质押借贷或给 DEX 提供流动性时，资金的使用效果 (投入回报率)，包括资产使用的有效性和充分性。
值得注意的是，资金效率和资金利用率不完全相同，前者主要体现在回报率上，后者则着重于资本使用的充分性。

在参与到 DeFi 生态时，我们市场会发现一些问题，比如：
- MakerDAO 采用 150% 的超额抵押借贷，也就是说质押 $1000 的抵押物，至多能够借出 $666 美金的可用资产，也就是说只有最多 66% 的资金效率；
