Dear .@gjmccaughan when you wrote this statement were you aware of the #lymphoma risk from mRNA spike-inducing gene therapies, and why were the $100m of dollars of government funding to @StVHealthAust linked to mandatory vaccination not declared?

pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34047035/ ImageImageImageImage
Here is the full statement failing to declare any potential risks of mRNA spike therapy in haematological patients, and including Raina Macintyre and Michelle Anand-Rajah.

It has been archived.
archive.is/nPjca
Apart from the oncogenic risk of the mRNA, the AstraZeneca vaccine was known to have killed patients due to VITT yet was still being recommended by the haematologists in that statement, with no warning of the risk in the statement published May 2021.

Long Non Coding RNAs, Lymphoma and COVID

Interesting paper on new potential biomarkers for aggressive lymphomas, LncRNAs.

It highlights the LncRNAs involved in lymphoma.

There are some similar LncRNAs dysregulated by COVID. > https://onlinelibrary.wiley...

Another high profile #lymphoma story following mRNA gene therapy vaccines (GTVs).

The problem is that the .@NIH knew about the risk and suppressed it.

@TuffyThePooh another real life victim of Eric Freed and #NIHgate?
Not the only victim.
The mechanism was known.

#NIHgate is the cover up

BTK inhibitors have transformed the lives of many patients with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia and other lymphomas. These drugs "exploded" onto the scene in 2013-2014 and have fundamentally changed the way we treat the disease. What many people don't know is how it all happened..
In 2004 I became convinced that turning off B-cell receptor signaling would cause cancerous b-cells to stop growing. This theory came into focus based upon an understanding of epstein barr virus protein LMP2A, EBV relationship to Hodgkin lymphoma, and other breadcrumbs
I decided the best way to turn off the receptor would be to use drugs which shut off the signaling pathways emanating from the B cell receptor - notably SYK.

Fortunately Ron Levy M.D. of Stanford was willing to let me test the hypothesis in the laboratory

CAR T-cells have huge potential for multiple #myeloma.

It's an individualized treatment, complex process, associated with high costs->risk for huge inequality worldwide.

Lets advocate for hope & improvement, together.

1/As promised & after reading $NTLA latest Q1 2022 financial report here is my analysis regarding @intelliatx latest corporate status. I have focused only on the main issues that I found to be the most interesting & relevant. #CRISPR #GeneEditing #BioTech #FinTwit #Genomics👇
2/NTLA-2001 is the most advanced In-Vivo #CRISPR/#Cas9 #GeneEditing program in $NTLA portfolio & is aimed to treat Transthyretin Amyloidosis - (ATTR). NTLA-2001 could potentially halt & reverse the disease in a “one time” treatment by knocking out the TTR gene with a single dose
3/In February $NTLA has presented an updated clinical data from its Phase 1 study of NTLA-2001 which included 15 patients with ATTR amyloidosis. IMO NTLA-2001 readout looks promising & here is a summary that I wrote shortly after @intelliatx’s presentation of NTLA-2001👇

I am the grateful daughter of a #lymphoma survivor.

Why wouldn't I #wearamask if it might prevent an illness, death, or #longcovid disability?
If you find masks uncomfortable, I can suggest some to try.
(And then I'm going to talk to you for the ENTIRE flight & all the way down the terminal to baggage claim & ground transportation about masks, so be ready if you're in the seat next to me & do this. Might be better just to #WearAMask.😂)

Delighted to share our new study nature.com/articles/s4158… introducing PhasED-Seq out today @NatureBiotech.
A fantastic collaboration from @StanfordMedicine led by Dave_Kurtz & Joanne Soo with @max_diehn to help transform #cancer interception & monitoring by improving #LiquidBiopsy #ctDNA detection of #MRD.
For many cancers & nearly all currently available techniques, the impressive KM plots of #ctDNA #MRD immediately after definitive Rx w/ curative-intent unfortunately still miss ~50% of all events which occur in the MRD-negative subset, thus having modest NPV.

It's #ResearchSpotlight time! Today, we're shining the spotlight on Professor Francesco Forconi...

🔬 Follicular lymphoma and diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) are the two most common types of non-Hodgkin #lymphoma. Image
We can treat this disease, but many treatments have harsh side effects.

💊 Professor Forconi from the University of Southampton wants to find better ways to treat these diseases.
🏷️ The team are studying ‘tags’ found on the surface of lymphoma cells, which they think tell the immune system to ignore the cancer cells. This means cancerous cells are not destroyed and are allowed to divide and grow in numbers.

Hello new followers!👋 In honor of your joining me on Twitter, I thought I'd put together a new #dermatology #tweetorial/#medthread. This time, on a topic near and dear to my own clinical practice:

MYCOSIS FUNGOIDES!

#MedEd #FOAMEd #Dermtwitter #Medtwitter pc: @dermnetnz
1/
Let's start w/ caveats:
1-#MycosisFungoides (MF) isn't the same as Cutaneous T-cell Lymphoma. MF is a subtype of #CTCL; there are many other types of CTCL that aren't MF.
2-I co-direct the Skin Lymphoma Program @MGHCancerCenter, so some of this is institutional preference.
2/
There are roughly 80,000 new cases of #lymphoma a year in the US, and only 3% are primary cutaneous. Within that ~2500 cases, MF makes up almost half (~44%)! The overall classification schema for these diseases was recently updated by the WHO:
