We don't talk about love enough. When was the last time I said, "I love America" in public? That's why I love @realDonaldTrump , he came up with the plan to save America. Let's drown today's hate with love and see what happens.
But what about the anger, the sense of loss, the horrifying fear for the future that can be overwhelming? What about the rage against the evils that have settled in and grown into disease and destruction? No simple bromide can cover all that. We must stand and fight.
The two, love and rage, are far more closely connected than is often spoken about. Jilted love turns into rage. The rage that makes us stand and fight is often fueled and driven by love. You'll never hear me opine against rage, we need it to awaken from our long sleep.

Let's talk about the purported enthusiasm gap facing Republican House members up for election this season. I've stated before that I don't have sufficient, or high caliber, trust-worthy data upon which to base a proper analysis. There is, however, indirect data we can tease...
It really just hit me over yesterday and this morning. We know the media lies and we know that the ONLY thing the Democrats have right now is their rage, rage against the dark night of their previous hellacious defeat. How is this data?
Well of course! They're all lying. Now, what is the basis of their lie, their psychological operation right now, their psyop? The answer couldn't be simpler. Money. They have - especially in certain key races - out raised the Republican establishment's fundraising.

When listening to the Republican-skies-have-fallen-forever analysis out there, keep this in mind. No one has any data. Every time you hear "this will happen" and "here's the reason why" etc., they're either guessing, projecting or flat aout lying.
The Deep State has always twisted data, but right now it is facing an existential threat unlike any it's ever confronted. It's not just the corruption of polls - that's old news! - it's also the newness of the conditions on the ground. No one knows what questions to ask.
And of course it's far worse than that. From poll construction (and tipping the scales) through to analysis and reportage, who cares to penetrate the surface to find the truth underneath? No one. So remember...

I don't want to ridicule Senator Feinstein. Rather, I am calling her decisions and actions on the line. She has sabotaged a good man, and sabotaged the process of his appointment. She has held all of us hostage to her reprehensible tactics. That's enough to judge her by.
I can't prove that Senator Feinstein knows that Brett Kavanaugh is innocent, while I'm confident she does. We don't need such certain knowledge. All we require is the simple memory that she never once asked him about this matter when she should have. This is proof of ill intent.
Take one more step with me. Where is Senator Feinstein's honor? How could you, as a faithful servant of the people, withhold this information if you believed it credible? Or, knowing it is false, wait till the last moment to reveal it? Why isn't her honor a topic of question?

1) This is a thread about @KateScopelliti's and my book, America First - The MAGA Manifesto. Here's the link:

But even more, this is a thread about my friend, my honored client, and my hero, @JosephJFlynn1.

Do you know any unsung heroes?
2) So before we really dive in, let me talk about our book for a moment, myself. I believe that it is tactically necessary for the 2018 midterms that we get this book into the hands of #MAGA supporters, the nation over. More...
3) I don't believe we can take victory for granted. I believe we must fight for every vote in every state in these midterms. And more, I believe we MUST set our sights on an even higher turnout than 2016's Presidential election generated. We MUST reverse the low turnout trend.

1) For the millions of us who support @realDonaldTrump, the choice is always intensely personal. Yes, it has grand themes - these are tenets of the MAGA philosophy. The two most important books I always site are Bastiat's The Law and Paine's Common Sense. Read them!
2) Yet, look at my personal case. Before 2016, I rejected politics as a personal endeavor. I felt the vote was a come on, false, and a trick foisted on us to make us believe we had a voice when it made no difference whatsoever who we elected. I was a vote cynic.
3) @realDonaldTrump converted me. In fact, although I attempted to register in time in 2016, I failed. I supported Trump with all I had, but was NOT able to execute my vote for him, as, when I arrived at the polls, my registration was rejected. I'm still pissed off about that.

1) There will be little sleep for this tired soul of mine tonight, due to a rage the burns so hot it cannot be contained. "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated..."
2) It continues, "and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." What is the basis of a proper warrant? What happens if this is abused?
3)Attorney-client privilege? "A legal privilege that works to keep communications between an attorney and his client secret. The privilege is asserted in the face of a demand for the communications, such as a discovery request or a demand that the lawyer testify under oath."

1) The cast of characters necessitating the #ClearFlynnNow movement is too large to keep track of. Just a few are pictured here. The great defense our opponents employ is the question of "vast conspiracy." When so pressed, I always say YES. Precisely.
2) But the logic of the attack is far easier to delineate. Contemplate a newly appointed - and freshly employed! - National Security Adviser to the President Elect of the USA, being challenged AS IF HE WERE NOT A FEDERAL EMPLOYEE. If we weren't crying, we'd be laughing.
3) Let's pretend the Logan Act applied. Then @GenFlynn was 100% compliant within it. But, as a tool to attack one's enemies, its use has been futile for 219 years, ever since its inception. So, it could not possibly have applied to a duly appointed National Security Adviser.
