#SupremeCourt to hear plea filed by Bhartiya Janta Party MLA's challenging the resolution passed by the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly suspending the BJP MLA's for a period of one year over alleged misbehavior with the presiding officer.

कोणत्याही अधिवेशनाच्या पहिल्या दिवसाचा ‘Order of the day’ आदल्या दिवशी दुपारच्या सुमारास येतो, जेणेकरून विरोधकांना त्यावर अभ्यास करता येतो. मात्र या अधिवेशनाचा Order of the day आदल्या दिवशी रात्री ११.३० वाजता पाठवविला गेला. १/१८

सदस्यांनी जे star quotations पाठवविले होते,ते थेट lapse करण्यात आले.असे करणे चुकीचे होते,अधिवेशन काळात जर या प्रश्नाची उत्तरे देणे शक्य नसेल तर नंतर संबंधित विभागांकडून त्यांची लेखी उत्तरे देणे अपेक्षित असते, मात्र तेवढी तसदी घ्यावी असेही सत्ताधाऱ्यांना वाटले नाही. ३/१८
