Hace una semana los trabajo de Amazon de Staten Island (Nueva York) consiguieron crear su primer sindicato en EEUU, votando a favor de ALU (Amazon Labor Union). Fue la victoria de David frente a Goliat.

La dirección de la empresa remarcó su clásica postura a respecto: "Estamos decepcionados con el resultado de las elecciones en Staten Island porque creemos que tener una relación directa con la empresa es lo mejor para nuestros empleados".

Porque Amazon, cm cada vez que se ha intentado crear un sindicato, puso todos sus recursos (económicos y materiales) para que los trabajadores votara en contra del mismo. En las semanas anteriores a la votación, Staten Island fue llenada de propaganda para difamar el sindicato.👇
