This NBA Legend had a secret talent you probably didn't know about...

Here's The Story: Image
Kobe was a master of many things:

- Mental toughness

- Athletic dominance

-Writing

And he even learned...

To play the piano Image
Now we’ve all seen the guy who impresses the party with a quick tune

This is actually what Kobe wanted to do

Except like almost everything, Kobe was different

Instead of learning something like “Mary Had A Little Lamb” like all beginners do...

Kobe went straight to Beethoven Image

One thing I know for a fact

99% of agency owners have NO IDEA how to demand greatness from their team

Its a hidden skill that separates the founders that build 7 figure agencies

and 8 figure agencies

fortunately, I studied this at Amazon

and got it here for you

(thread) 🧵
First off, when it comes to demanding greatness, I mean DEMAND

I wrote a short tweet on this recently and someone said they disagreed

They mentioned how they thought a leader should ask politely when requesting items from team members

this is EXACTLY MY POINT
Im not saying be a d*ck

but the greats dont accept anything short of extraordinary

and thats what you need to become, extraordinary

so, were going to start off with how you can cultivate this in your agency

then translate how to disseminate this into your communication style

18 year, the kid from Akron was offered up to $100m from #Reebok

AND $10m signing (check handed to him), but he couldn't meet w/ others.

He refused the deal and went back to school the next day. 🎒

Eventually signing with $NKE.
He felt $NKE could offer him more.

Nike and him partnered on over 19 shoes already and he signed a lifetime deal in 2016 worth over $1b.

"Signing with Nike," LeBron said in 2018, "is the best business decision I've ever made."

🏀There are TWO questions that every @RumbleKongs owner is asking themselves right now.🏀
- How big can this project get?
- How much $ can my Kong be worth in the near future?
Here's a THREAD to help you understand the magnitude. 👇
A Kong/nft must to be part of a TEAM to compete against other teams. There will be a limited amount of teams available in the entire ecosystem. Teams must also be part of a LEAGUE. The game will launch with a total of 6 league divisions.
The higher the league, the more $RKL tokens paid out to the winning teams, and the more passive income that your will Kong make per game. In other words, Kongs will become a passive income-generating machine.

1. In the middle of a praise event, I got a call from a close friend and his question was “Tolani, is it true Kobe is dead?” Immediately I was like, "heck no.. it must be a joke... Kobe ke.. Kobe die? nah never that". Then, I left the event and went straight to twitter Image
and there it was.... Kobe, his daughter Gigi and 7 others had died in a helicopter crash.
2. Upon realizing it was true, Tears came down uncontrollably, I was heartbroken, devastated & just confused. He literally had just sent me a message saying he was expecting autographed copy of my books a few days earlier when he saw an image I had posted of the vp in his car.

Kobe Bryant’s 2010 playoff run is one of the most impressive runs we’ve ever seen. In honor of Mamba Day, let’s take a deep dive into how Kobe got his 5th championship. #MambaMentality
In typical Kobe fashion, this run started with adversity. Kobe had a swollen knee heading into their first round matchup against OKC, which led to him not being himself for most of the series. He only averaged 21.8 PPG and 3.4 RPG on 38.9% shooting from the field from G1 to G5.
Then he got his knee drained and turned into a completely different monster. He immediately had a 6 game streak of scoring 30+ PTS in which he averaged:

33.3 PTS
52.2% FG
40.9% 3PT
86% FT
58.6% eFG
62.1% TS
