Hi, everyone. As I slowly get up to speed on #socialmedia, I thought I'd take a moment to introduce myself: @Stanford Economics Professor, @SIEPR Director, @MIT & @Harvard alum, @NBER Research Associate, @WhiteHouseCEA alum, aspiring #marathoner, and #Boston sports fan.

This not a photo of @joshuacheptege1’s ‘over-pronation’ - this is a photo of the foot slipping off the platform as it moves through the contact phase.

The shoe last is generic however there are race characteristics within feet that differ drastically from the last shape.
Those who deal with African and Asian players in football appreciate the struggles of a pes planus foot type wrestling with the last shape of the boot.
