Hace poco salió a subasta parte de la biblioteca personal de #MarlonBrando. Más de 300 libros con anotaciones del propio Brando, y algunos otros con dedicatorias interesantes. Johnny Depp le regaló uno: “Marlon = This man was a True artist. Love = Johnny.” ¿Qué libro era?👇
Se trata de una biografía de 1968 sobre un mimo/flautista, Le Petomane (literal, El pedómano). Resulta que éste artista era capaz de controlar los músculos del abdomen de tal suerte que emitía gases a voluntad ("tocaba" La Marsellesa entre otros actos).
Se volvió lo suficientemente famoso como para tener su propio acto en el Moulin Rouge allá por 1892. Después de algunas "diferencias irreconciliables" con el Moulin Rouge, cuando la Primera Guerra Mundial se retiró a Marsella y se volvió panadero.
