A THREAD: Yeah, we’re a little miffed at the fact we reached so many ppl to help organize efforts to FINALLY give ppl a voice on @GovAndyBeshear’s illegal 😷 reg. We’re GRATEFUL to @SteveWestKY @deanna_ky & Rep. Hale, but @aliceforgykerr @jrajra & Rep. Turner SPIT in our face. 
How could these legislators who are so familiar w/ statutes - that clearly @GovAndyBeshear’s emergency🚨#maskupky reg violates in MULTIPLE ways - give him leverage on the issue by voting to not find the reg deficient❓
He can now say, “even the @KYGOP legislature supports it!”

Their vote to find it deficient WOULD NOT have stopped the reg. But it would have took a clear stand that the law and process matters. They gave @GovAndyBeshear permission to continue making a mockery of state law. Shame on them. VOTE THEM OUT!

Will KY media ask @GovAndyBeshear how it’s possible we had 800 new #COVID19 cases today despite it being 1 mo. into #MaskUpKY & 2 wks into his bar closure/restaurant limit mandates? His narrative has fallen apart. Does anyone have the journalistic appetite to press him on it?
Heads up: tomorrow is Sunday do cases will be much lower as usual. Probably 200-300 will be reported tomorrow. Of higher, it’s even worse for @GovAndyBeshear & @StevenStackMD’s narrative. If around 250 or less, @AndyBeshearKY will try to credit his mandates.
Can’t let that distract that cases avg much higher than before his arbitrary actions. No data suggests they helped. The Supreme Court hasn’t stopped his orders.
