All plants have chemical defences to deter their predators, some deadly (eg ricin) some not so much. If the plant wants you to eat a bit (fruit) and spread its seeds around via your poop that bit will be less defended (Dr Anthony Chaffee)
The plants' babies (seeds) are most highly defended either by hard/poisonous shell (eg peach stone) or by toxins (eg. Grains), because it doesn't want them chewed and destroyed, it wants them dispersed by wind or other means to make a new plant.

Meat is the most nutrient dense food human beings can absorb on planet earth with 98-99% bioavailable nutrition vs only 2-4% from plants. Meat is incredibly delicious & satisfying when consumed by itself👍

I am living proof dietary fiber is not "essential" to human health in any way. If fiber were truly 'essential' I would at best be in severe physiological distress if not actually deceased. Instead, I thrive with no downside experienced living without fiber in my diet🤮
