#MHC this is not a note of justification, but as much as I know of the present CJ, normally he's not the type to spill words in a court hall. I'm not willing to go by the media representation of the court calling eci murderers , however if those words have been mentioned it must
be expunged immediately from records - I've no 2nd thoughts on that. Secondly there's no provision for the courts to stay the counting proceedings - experts limit your opinions. I've spent hours on judice on this remark - @CustosLegis_Jay - if ECI is to be taken to task why not
