The 1st batch of immigration centered Executive Orders & memos included things like...
- Halting wall construction
- The Muslim & African Bans rescinded
- DACA restored
- A repealed census order excluding undocumented people
- Restoring deferred enforced departure for Liberians

With the additional new orders announced yesterday that include:
- Creating a task force to reunify families separated under the Trump administration
- Implementing a 3-part plan to improve access to the asylum system
- And an EO reviewing the existing legal immigration system

From racist & xenophobic rhetoric that culminated in mass raids, Muslim bans, kids in cages, family separations & more..the Trump Admin tried to tear us down.

It wasn't easy. As attorneys, social workers, advocates...as an org and as a community made up of folks directly impacted by the state of immigration in this country...it was not easy. It. Was. Damn. Hard.
But we will build back. And the fight for #MigrantJustice will continue.
